On Thursday, June 18, 2026, the official Pokémon X account announced exciting news for all Pokémon TCG fans. Mega Rayquaza is set to feature as the main package art for two upcoming releases: the Pokémon Trading Card Game expansion pack “Storm Emeralda” and the Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket (Pokémon TCG Pocket) theme pack “Ruler of the Skies.”
While a few card designs have been partially revealed, full details remain under wraps for now. Alongside the card announcements, a special website titled “Mega Rayquaza Soaring Through the Skies” has officially launched, teasing that fans will be able to encounter Mega Rayquaza in various places beyond just these two card expansions.
More updates regarding the physical Pokémon TCG “Storm Emeralda” pack are highly anticipated to drop on Friday, June 19, at 14:00 JST. Stay tuned!
