The Ultimate Anniversary Drop: Pokémon TCG Unveils “30th CELEBRATION”
On 1st June 2026, via the official Pokémon Card Game (Pokémon TCG) YouTube channel and social media accounts, announced that the 30th-anniversary expansion pack, “30th CELEBRATION,” is set to release worldwide on 16th September 2026.
This all-foil pack, where every single card shines, introduces a vibrant new rarity called “FUR” (Futuristic Rare), featuring “Mew ex” and “Mewtwo ex.” Additionally, the collection includes 30 unique holographic “Pikachu” cards illustrated by 30 different artists, with one guaranteed in every pack.
The announcement is already generating massive hype across social media, revealing that 30 iconic cards symbolizing the three-decade history of the Pokémon TCG—including the legendary “Charizard” from the original 1996 expansion pack and “Pikachu & Zekrom GX“—will return in special editions.
A dedicated 30th-anniversary website has also launched, teasing an array of special content and upcoming events, such as “Pokémon Card Game TOKYO LUMINOUS NIGHT,” promising a jam-packed anniversary year for fans.
