adidas is releasing a bold new colorway for the popular Adizero Goukana sneaker. The latest version, dubbed “Better Scarlet”, maintains the shoe’s retrofuturistic design with a vibrant red palette.

About the adidas Adizero Goukana “Better Scarlet”

The shoe retains its signature features, including a chunky sole and aggressive curves that evoke a Y2K aesthetic. The upper is constructed with a breathable red mesh base and complemented by suede overlays in a slightly different shade, creating a dynamic, layered appearance. Black accents on the lining and outsole, along with metallic silver Three Stripes, provide a striking contrast and complete the design.

Known for being both bold and wearable, the Goukana also incorporates performance-driven details. Its rubber outsole features a distinctive tread pattern for enhanced traction, and the engineered mesh upper provides a snug and supportive fit.

Release Details

Although an official release date has not yet been announced, the adidas Adizero Goukana “Better Scarlet” is expected to be available on adidas.com and at select retailers in the coming months, with an RRP of US$160.
