Its name, in part, references Boedecker’s Instagram handle, and the shoe represents the pinnacle of the legacy he established. The design, a classic black and gum colorway, draws from a timeless skate aesthetic. This particular version is also notable for its technical updates, becoming only the second colorway to feature a solid, opaque sole instead of the usual translucent one.

The Nike SB PS8 “Black and Gum” is set to be released as part of Nike’s Fall 2025 collection with a retail price of US$120.
