Nike’s leading training shoe series celebrates its 10th anniversary with the official launch of its newest model, the Nike Metcon 10, arriving August 2025. This highly anticipated release brings several key upgrades for gym-goers.

About the Nike Metcon 10

The Nike Metcon 10 features a re-engineered Hyperlift plate for improved stability during intense lifting sessions. Its midsole features soft, yet responsive ReactX foam, making it ideal for dynamic exercises like box jumps.

Durability is addressed with a haptic print topcoat that adds minimal weight, while a sticky rubber outsole ensures grip for movements such as lunges. A new midfoot band provides improved lockdown and neatly secures laces, reducing potential distractions during workouts.

Release Details

The Nike Metcon 10 will be available on 4 August 2025 via nike.com and select retailers in both men’s and women’s sizes. While pricing hasn’t been officially announced, an estimated retail price of around US$150 is anticipated.
