The UK retailer size? and Salomon have joined forces once more, introducing a vibrant new take on the popular XT-6 sneaker. This collaboration follows their 2023 release, which drew inspiration from hotels in Annecy, France. For their latest effort, the size? x Salomon XT-6 boasts a striking orange gradient upper.

About the Salomon XT-6 “Ember” (size? Exclusive)

This iteration of the XT-6 maintains all of its signature technical features. The eye-catching gradient transitions from a bright orange at the forefoot to a deep red towards the rear, all set against a breathable mesh base. Black and grey TPU overlays are strategically placed atop the mesh, adorned with Salomon’s iconic branding. A subtle nod to size? is present on the right tongue, where their name replaces the customary Salomon text.

The sneaker also incorporates Salomon’s convenient quickLACE system, complemented by orange Salomon “S” logos on the tongue and S-Lab branding on the medial heel. Underfoot, the XT-6’s dependable ACS-laden EnergyCell foam midsole and a Contagrip rubber outsole provide comfort and traction, both finished in a sleek black.

Release Details

Dubbed the Salomon XT-6 “Ember”, this fiery release is a size? exclusive, scheduled to launch on 18 July 2025. The sneakers will come in unisex sizing and retail for GBP 165 (~US$220).
