The Start ONE PIECE With a Friend Promotion is a campaign designed to attract newcomers to the ONE PIECE Card Game via introduction to it by existing players and collectors. It has been active in Asia-Pacific (excluding China and Japan) since 28 June 2025 and will continue until a date yet to be determined.

How the promotion works is as such: at any participating store in an Asia-Pacific country other than China and Japan, the purchase of two of the following Starter Decks—Red Shanks [ST-23], Green Jewelry Bonney [ST-24], Blue Buggy [ST-25], Purple/Black Monkey D. Luffy [ST-26], Black Marshall D. Teach [ST-27], and Green/Yellow Yamato [ST-28] will entitle the buyer to a card from Promotion DON!! Cards Vol.1.

The card from Promotion DON!! Cards Vol.1 will feature one of six special illustrations; it will only be available via the promotion. Only purchases of Japanese Starter Decks will be eligible for the purposes of the campaign.
