Even as excitement builds for the upcoming Fortnite Ultraboost collection, adidas has quietly launched another gaming-inspired partnership, this time with Microsoft’s popular Minecraft. While custom adidas skins have been available in-game for a while, a new “Core Black” trainer marks the first time players can sport the collaboration in real life.

About the Minecraft x adidas Handball Spezial “Enderman”

The initial release from the Minecraft x adidas Originals collection is a Handball Spezial for kids. The shoe features a premium, dark-toned suede upper, complemented by the classic 3-Stripes on the sides. These stripes maintain a similar color but boast a distinctive pixelated finish, a nod to Minecraft’s iconic “Overworld”.

The typical “Spezial” branding on the lateral profile has been replaced with “Minecraft” text, confirming the collaboration. Purple accents break up the muted design, with the eyes of the Enderman character subtly appearing near the laces and on the heel. The look is completed with a classic “Gum” brown sole.

The Minecraft x adidas Handball Spezial “Enderman” is currently available for purchase in kids’ sizing on adidas.com and retails for US$95. Official photos of the collaboration are included below.
