Reebok is making a return to the performance basketball scene, marked by the appointment of Shaquille O’Neal as president of basketball and Allen Iverson as vice president of basketball. This leadership shift has paved the way for a wave of high-profile signings across the NBA, WNBA, and NCAA, with Chicago Sky star Angel Reese emerging as a standout addition.

After confirming Reese’s re-signing, Reebok officially introduces her debut signature shoe, the Reebok Angel Reese 1.

About the Reebok Angel Reese 1

The Reebok Angel Reese 1 is designed to reflect its namesake’s commanding presence on and off the WNBA hardwood. The debut colorway features a metallic, icy, iridescent upper, with synthetic TPU overlays and an engineered mesh base.

Angel wing-shaped overlays accentuate the midfoot, offering a subtle nod to Reese’s nickname and signature style. The mesh tongue is reinforced with additional synthetic overlays and features Reese’s signature “A” logo, while Reebok branding is reserved for the forefoot of the midsole. At this stage, technical specifications for the sneaker have yet to be revealed.

Release Details

An exact release date for the Angel Reese 1 has not been announced, but a limited launch is expected in 2025, with more colorways anticipated in 2026. Stay tuned!
