From 1 to 17 August 2025, pop-up Pokémon Card Stores will be active in three locations in Japan. These pop-up stores will be set up in PARCO_ya Ueno (Tokyo), AEON MALL Nagoya Chaya (Nagoya), and AEON MALL Sakai Kita-hanada (Osaka).

Although all three stores begin operation on 1 August, the Tokyo and Nagoya stores only open to the general public on 4 August while the Osaka store does so on 5 August. Prior to those dates at the respective stores, the only people permitted to enter will be successful raffle entrants.

In addition to the sale of Pokémon TCG products and other Pokémon merchandise, two events will be held at each store. The first is the Pokémon Card Game Class in Pokémon Card Store event, intended to introduce newcomers to the Pokémon TCG, which takes place every day from 1 to 15 August. Each day’s participants will be selected by way of a raffle; only those of elementary school age or younger are permitted to enter on weekdays. All participants will receive a promotional Eevee card.

On 16 and 17 August, the Step-up Class in Pokémon Card Store event will take place. It will supply an informal environment in which participants may play against other Pokémon TCG players. Once again, all participants will be selected by raffle. The Step-up Class in Pokémon Card Store event is restricted to those of elementary school age or younger. All participants will receive an Official Independent Event Trainer’s Pack.
