Jordan Brand is making waves with the Air Jordan 40 “Blue Suede”, a striking new iteration that follows “The Classic”.

About the Air Jordan 40 “Blue Suede”

Initially unveiled at a press event in NYC, the new colorway showcases sleek blue suede on the toe box and sides, set against black nubuck overlays. A glossy tongue provides an additional touch of style. It’s a true fusion, incorporating design elements from the Air Jordan 3, 5, 12, 13, and 14.

Beyond its aesthetics, this shoe is engineered for high-performance play. The Air Jordan 40 features full-length ZoomX cushioning and Zoom Strobel for enhanced responsiveness. A 360-degree containment system ensures foot security, and the outsole boasts 40-degree herringbone for superior traction. A “bone line” stitching on the side could also be noticed, a subtle homage to Jordan’s legacy, and a Jumpman logo on the outsole.

Release Details

The Air Jordan 40 “Blue Suede” is scheduled for release on 20 August at Jordan Brand retailers and Nike.com, priced at US$205.
