Every month’s issue of shōnen animanga magazine V Jump typically comes with a new promotional Yu-Gi-Oh TCG card. In the case of the September 2025 issue to be released on 18 July 2025, that card will be Alekus the Shining Stunner Saint.

About Alekus the Shining Stunner Saint (V Jump September 2025 Promotional Card VJMP-JP277)

It has been rumored that Alekus the Shining Stunner Saint will have a gameplay effect that allows it to synergize well with cards from the upcoming Tactical-Try Pack: Dark Magic / HERO / Mikanko to be released on 28 June. If such is the case, this card would thus serve as a form of indirect promotion of the Tactical-Try Pack.

This card’s value is also likely to be elevated not only due to the fact that it’s a female character which is depicted, but also what the Japanese name of this card implies about that character. This is because the card’s Japanese name implies that Alekus the Shining Stunner Saint is a woman so beautiful and glamorous that she can send a country to its doom as its ruler is held in thrall by her.
