[Update 30 Jul 2025] Three of the four recently announced adidas Adimule colorways—Clear Pink, Aurora Ink, and Magic Beige—are now expected to release on August 22. The Powder Plum iteration, however, is yet to receive a firm release date, but rest assured, it is also set to debut in August. Look out for the pairs to hit adidas brick-and-click stores, or find them on the SNKRDUNK App post-release.

Footwear trends in the 2020s have notably shifted toward prioritizing comfort and ease of wear, a movement that continues to influence new releases across the industry. Brands are increasingly introducing mules, slip-ons, slides, and recovery footwear to meet this demand.

adidas is entering this space with the upcoming launch of the adidas Adimule, aiming to capture the appeal of popular comfort-focused designs, such as Birkenstocks.

About the adidas Adimule

The adidas Adimule closely mirrors Birkenstock’s signature aesthetic, featuring a suede forefoot cover paired with a cork footbed. The upper is crafted from premium fuzzy suede in a monochromatic palette, with the adidas Trefoil logo debossed into the material.

Below, a contrasting suede footbed and Trefoil branding complement the cork sole. The outsole design draws inspiration from the adidas Adilette slide, incorporating its distinctive diamond traction pattern and dotted divots, blending style with functionality.

Four colorways are confirmed for release in August 2025: Clear Pink, Powder Plum, Aurora Ink, and Magic Beige.

Release Details

The Adimule will be available in women’s sizing and retail at US$100 through adidas and select retailers, both online and in-store.
