While not an official collaboration with DC Comics, the upcoming Nike Air Max 1 “Anthracite/Bright Citron” strongly evokes the aesthetic of Gotham City.

About the Nike Air Max 1 “Anthracite/Bright Citron” (Batman)

The design features a sophisticated combination of grey suede overlays and black mesh underlays. A striking contrast is provided by a bright yellow leather mudguard and Swoosh, with additional yellow accents appearing in the Nike branding. The all-black midsoles contribute to the shoe’s sleek and streamlined appearance.

Attributed to the iconic designer Tinker Hatfield, this iteration of the Air Max 1 maintains its classic silhouette. Wearers can also expect the renowned comfort provided by Nike’s signature Air Max cushioning.

The Nike Air Max 1 “Anthracite/Bright Citron” (Batman) will be available for purchase this Fall at select Nike Sportswear retailers and on Nike.com. It will retail for US$150.
