The Memphis Grizzlies All-Star is still doing “crossovers” with a new collaboration beyond his signature line: the Ja Morant x Nike Air Force 1 “NY vs NY, in tandem with the “Swarovski” and “Sundial” colorways seen earlier.

About the Ja Morant x Nike Air Force 1 Low “NY vs NY”

The high-octane Morant (not referencing his gun-related controversies) substitutes the familiar energetic colorways of his performance signature line for a more refined, lifestyle-driven design. The Ja Morant x Nike Air Force 1 Low “NY vs NY” features a predominantly black upper, juxtaposed against Cobalt blue branding, supported by a gum rubber outsole. According to early leaks, Morant’s personal logo may also appear on the heel.

This collaboration draws inspiration from Nike’s legendary “NY vs NY” streetball tournament, a summer staple that has celebrated New York City’s basketball culture since 2017. The event brings together the city’s top high school talent and sneakerheads at iconic parks.
