The promotional Yu-Gi-Oh TCG card which will come with the August 2025 issue of shōnen animanga magazine V Jump, to be released on 20 June 2025, has been confirmed. The card will be Dark Magic Amulet.

About Dark Magic Amulet (V Jump August 2025 Promotional Card VJMP-JP273)

Dark Magic Amulet has been confirmed to be a Trap card which provides support for Dark Magician decks. It will likely be highly popular not only due to its promotional status, but also due to its ties to Yu-Gi-Oh anime protagonist Yugi Muto who is known for his use of the Dark Magician archetype in his deck.

Although Dark Magic Amulet is a TCG-exclusive card which was never shown in the anime, its connection to the anime is expected to therefore raise its profile.
