[Pokémon TCG] Destined Rivals GameStop/EB Games/Best Buy Promotional Cards [Release Date/Price/Where To Buy]
A Team Rocket's Zapdos card will be available to GameStop customers in the US and Canada as well as EB Games buyers in Australia and New Zealand while a Team Rocket's Articuno card will be distributed to buyers at US Best Buy stores.
The upcoming launch of Destined Rivals [DRI] on 30 May 2025 will come with a campaign involving promotional versions of two cards from the set. The cards will be available in the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand via GameStop, Best Buy, and EB Games stores.
About the Destined Rivals GameStop/EB Games/Best Buy Promotional Cards
A promotional Team Rocket’s Zapdos card will be made available at GameStop stores in the US and Canada as well as EB Games stores in Australia and New Zealand. The GameStop version will have the GameStop logo on its left side while the EB Games version’s image isn’t yet out. Buyers who purchase Pokémon TCG products with a cumulative value of at least US$15, CA$15 (~US$11), A$15 (~US$9.60), or NZ$15 (~US$8.80) will receive the card for free.
Best Buy customers in the US, meanwhile, can score themselves a promotional Team Rocket’s Articuno card with the Destined Rivals [DRI] logo on its right side by purchasing at least US$15 worth of Pokémon TCG products.
Release Details
These cards are unlikely to ever be released in Japanese. In addition, the prices of these promotional cards won’t be known until the first copies make it to the open market. Do stay with us for further details.
