[Pokémon TCG] Froslass Master Ball Mirror (Terastal Festival ex [SV8a] 038/187) [Release Date/Price/Where To Buy]
Spread damage isn't often the game mechanic around which a deck's strategy can be built—but this card (and the deck of which it's the centerpiece) is an obvious exception.

The Froslass/Munkidori deck, one of the decks which has recently risen to prominence in the post-rotation Pokémon TCG metagame, is centered around spread damage inflicted by the Abilities of its two titular Pokémon—one of which is Froslass.
About Froslass Master Ball Mirror (Terastal Festival ex [SV8a] 038/187)
Freezing Shroud, Froslass’ Ability, allows the player to place a damage counter on every Pokémon which has an Ability on either player’s side except for any Froslass card. This not only chips away at opposing Pokémon’s HP; it also sets up the Munkidori card from Mask of Change [SV6] and its Ability of Adrena-Brain by which it can remove the damage counters placed on it via Freezing Shroud, then send them onto an opposing Pokémon.
As far as collectability is concerned, the standout version of this Froslass card is the Master Ball Mirror version from Terastal Festival ex [SV8a]. Like all other Master Ball Mirror cards, this card has a layer of textured holofoil covering it as well as a Master Ball image on its lower half. In addition to the unique holofoil pattern, the Master Ball Mirror version is also much rarer than the ordinary version of the card.
