From 14 June to 31 August 2025, the Victini BWR Battle event will be active at participating card stores across Japan as well as via a lottery. Both methods will involve the distribution of a promotional version of the Victini card from Black Bolt [SV11B].

The in-store component of the Victini BWR Battle event will feature a Black Bolt/White Flare Deck Building Tournament in the aforementioned participating stores. Tournament winners will receive the Victini card; there’ll also be two types of promotional booster packs distributed. The first of the two contains Trainer cards while the second contains Energy cards.

The lottery component will see the distribution of 2,000 copies of that same promotional Victini card to selected lottery entrants. It isn’t yet known when those who have been selected will receive the card.
