[Yu-Gi-Oh TCG] Drawbread (V Jump July 2025 Promotional Card VJMP-JP272) [Release Date/Price/Where To Buy]
Somewhat strange that Konami went with this card as a promo given the fact that in Yu-Gi-Oh GX it was a single-episode plot device—but "it is what it is".
The next promotional card to come with an issue of shōnen animanga magazine V Jump has now been finalized. That card will be Drawbread; it’ll come with the magazine’s July 2025 issue to be released on 21 May 2025.
About Drawbread (V Jump July 2025 Promotional Card VJMP-JP272)
Drawbread is a card linked to the Yu-Gi-Oh anime spin-off series Yu-Gi-Oh GX. In Yu-Gi-Oh GX, the students of Duel Academy may draw sandwiches at random once per day from an unmarked container based on how many they purchase. As such, each of these sandwiches became known as “Drawbread”.
In the anime, Drawbread was featured in Episode 17 as the plot device around which the episode’s storyline culminating in a Duel between protagonist Jaden Yuki and Damon was built.
