About the PUMA Fast-R NITRO Elite 3

This new running shoe underwent rigorous testing, including a collaboration with experts at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, which demonstrated an improvement in running efficiency exceeding 3% compared to its predecessor. This improvement could significantly shave time off marathon finishes.

The Fast-R NITRO Elite 3 incorporates a newly developed NITROFOAM™ ELITE compound, promising enhanced cushioning and exceptional responsiveness for racing. Moreover, it stands as PUMA’s lightest racing shoe to date, constructed with breathable ULTRAWEAVE material to ensure both comfort and speed. The design aims to instill greater confidence in runners from start to finish.

Release Details

For those in the Boston area during the marathon, an early purchase opportunity was available at PUMA’s pop-up shop from 18-20 April. The global release is scheduled on 25 April through PUMA’s official website and select retail stores. The pair is expected to retail for US$300.
