[Update 2 Apr 2025] The official image of the Starter Deck has been released on the official ONE PIECE Card Game website.

[Update 19 Mar 2025] It has been confirmed that the international release has been scheduled for June 2025 and will cost US$11.99.

BANDAI recently announced the upcoming launches of six ONE PIECE Card Game Starter Decks—one for each of the TCG’s six card colors. They will be released in Japan on 28 June 2025.

Among these six decks is the Black Marshall D. Teach Starter Deck [ST-27]. This Starter Deck can be regarded as the successor of the Black Smoker Starter Deck [ST-19].

Like every other Starter Deck, the 50-card Black Marshall D. Teach Starter Deck [ST-27] will be playable without needing any modifications so as to maximize accessibility for the new players at which it’s targeted.

Being a product mainly intended for newcomers, the Black Marshall D. Teach Starter Deck [ST-27] comes at the low price of 550 JPY (~US$3.70).
