[Update 19 Mar 2025] It has been confirmed that the international release has been scheduled for June 2025 and will cost US$11.99.

Six upcoming ONE PIECE Card Game Starter Decks were revealed during BANDAI’s official livestream of BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest 24-25 World Tour Final in Japan. Each Starter Deck will correspond to one of the six ONE PIECE Card Game deck colors and be released on 28 June 2025.

One of the six decks will be the Red Shanks Starter Deck [ST-23]. It will be something of a “sequel” to the Red Edward Newgate Starter Deck [ST-15].

As is the case with all 50-card Starter Decks, the Red Shanks Starter Deck [ST-23] is primarily meant to introduce newcomers to the ONE PIECE Card Game. As such, it can be played straight out of the box without needing to be modified.

Since it’s targeted at new players, the Red Shanks Starter Deck [ST-23] isn’t expensive at all. A copy will retail for just 550 JPY (~US$3.70).
