Stephen Curry may be one of the greatest underdog stories in all of basketball, if not sports: too small and weak for the NBA, lacking the athleticism to succeed, questions about his position and potential, concerns over recurring ankle injuries, yada-yada. Now, his list of accomplishments echoes louder than the symphony of his skeptics.
Stephen Curry: four-time NBA champion, 2022 Finals MVP, two regular-season MVPs (one of which was a historic unanimous decision), 11-time All-Star, 10-time All-NBA team, two-time scoring champion, NBA’s 75th Anniversary Team inductee, two-time FIBA World Cup champion, 2024 Olympic gold medalist, and the record-holder for the most three-point field goals in the NBA. Nonpareil, he is the only member of the 4,000 three-point club—by a “long shot” (pun intended).
If the Gen Zs at your local basketball court are more audacious about shooting threes, it’s because of this guy. Beyond all the accolades, his greatest achievement will be how he revolutionized the game. A sui generis before everyone else followed along.

This partnership has proven transformative, with Curry the de facto face of the brand, mirroring the trajectory of Michael Jordan and Nike’s partnership, solidified with the creation of his Curry Brand subsidiary.
