[Pokémon TCG] Red & Blue (Cosmic Eclipse 234/236) [Release Date/Price/Where To Buy]
One for the "Genwunners" out there.

Going back all the way to the first generation of the Pokémon video games, Red and Blue—the original player character and rival—are to this day among the most iconic characters in the history of the Pokémon franchise. Thus, it came as no surprise that the Red & Blue card from Gen 7 Pokémon TCG set Cosmic Eclipse depicting the Pallet Town duo went on to become a megahit.
About Red & Blue (Cosmic Eclipse 234/236)
Even before this card was released, it was always known that the card’s biggest attraction would be the nostalgia factor—something on which the card obviously capitalizes. The Full Art illustration featuring Red and Blue has a background divided into two halves: the left in red, the right in green. This is a clear nod to the original Gen 1 Pokémon Red and Green video games. Additionally, the fact that the imagery depicts both characters facing in opposite directions is a reference to Red and Blue’s rivalry.
To this day, the Red & Blue card from Cosmic Eclipse is still the only Pokémon TCG card on which both characters appear. This is also a key reason behind the card’s appeal—it brings together two of the biggest fan-favorite Pokémon characters.
