Within the context of the ONE PIECE Card Game, Enel is probably best known for gameplay reasons—specifically, as the centerpiece of the Yellow Enel deck. However, that doesn’t mean that cards depicting the primary antagonist of the Sky Island Saga don’t have appeal to collectors; a clear example is this newly-released card from the Anime 25th Collection [EB-02].

About Enel (Anime 25th Collection [EB-02] EB02-052)

This card which comes in the rarity of Super Rare Parallel (SR-P) depicts Enel about to unleash his Vari attack which he’s able to use via the Rumble-Rumble Fruit, the Devil Fruit from which Enel derives his electrical powers. The electricity crackling around Enel’s body as well as the strike of lightning in the background add to the card’s thematic design while also making the card’s visuals more vivid and attention-grabbing.

The card’s illustration also puts the four wooden drums attached to Enel’s back in clear view. This is relevant because it’s through those drums which Enel channels his electrokinesis. In addition, they are Enel’s most recognizable feature or accessory. Finally, the card’s imagery juxtaposes Enel and his rings and bracelets in such a way as to make it appear as though electricity is being emitted from them.

Release Details

This card’s English version will be released in May 2025 alongside the rest of the Anime 25th Collection [EB-02].
