The legendary Nike Air Max 1 remains a streetwear staple. Designed by Tinker Hatfield in 1987, it was the first sneaker to feature visible Air technology. In 2025, a bold “Hyper Royal” colorway will arrive just in time for the upcoming Air Max Day celebrations.

This iteration boasts vibrant Hyper Royal blue accents on the mudguard, Swooshes, top eye-stays, and branding. These details stand out against a Black mesh and suede upper, creating a high-contrast look. A clean white foam midsole and a durable outsole with Hyper Royal highlights round out the design.

Release Details

The Nike Air Max 1 “Hyper Royal” is scheduled to launch in Spring 2025 at select Nike Sportswear retailers, both in-store and online, including Nike.com. The retail price for the pair is set at US$140.
