While the Goblin Biker deck might not necessarily be at the peak of the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG metagame, it’s nonetheless clearly established its own niche within it. One of the more important cards in it is Goblin Biker Big Gabonga—a card which will interests not only players, but collectors as well.

About Goblin Biker Big Gabonga (Phantom Nightmare PHNI-JP047)

This card can come in Quarter Century Secret Rare, the rarity created in honor of the 25th anniversary of the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG. The character shown in the illustration can also be seen in those of several other Goblin Biker cards, establishing canonical links between the Goblin Biker characters. Interestingly, Goblin Biker Big Gabonga also shows up in the illustration of Dramatic Snake-Eye Chase, thus confirming that there are in-universe connections between the Goblin Biker, Diabellstar, and Snake-Eye characters.

Gameplay-wise, when Goblin Biker Big Gabonga is Xyz Summoned, the player adds a Goblin monster card from the deck to the hand and, if Xyz Material is detached from a monster card on the field, the player can target a face-up monster on the field except this card, then attach it to this card as Xyz Material. This same attaching effect can be repeated during the End Phase, but this time with a Goblin monster card from the player’s deck. This adds versatility and flexibility to the Goblin Biker deck.
