New York based Kith has collaborated with New Balance for their Fall 2022 Collection to release 2 New Balance 990 models. This comes in conjunction with Kith’s 10th and the 990’s 40th anniversary. Focusing on the 990V2 and 990V3 silhouettes, the models come in colorways to welcome the chilly season ahead. 

990V2 arrives in a warm tan shade complemented by cream colored laces. A silver New Balance logo sets itself apart along the sides. A ‘990’ is embroidered on the tongue in white. This model comes equipped with Abzorb cushioning in the midsole for added support. 

Meanwhile, the 990V3 comes in a contrasting charcoal/ steel blue colorway. Taking reference from its M1300CL forerunner, the 990v3 features steel blue on the mesh panelling. A white and blue logo sits on the side to match the theme. Cream laces top it off to match its 990V2 counterpart. This silhouette features Encap-cushioned tooling so stability and cushioned comfort can go hand in hand.

The 990V2 and 990V3 will be released as part of the Kith Fall Collection 2022 on September 9 at Kith locations, online store and app. Retail price is set at US$200 and US$210 respectively.
