SANRIO’s Kuromi has teamed up with tech accessory brand CASETiFY for a special collection launched on CASETiFY’s Japanese online store in December 2024. This collaboration takes Kuromi on a space adventure, showcasing her bold spirit and charming personality.

About the SANRIO x CASETiFY “Kuromi” Collection

Known as My Melody’s self-proclaimed rival, Kuromi is recognized for her distinctive pink skull and black hood. This Halloween-born character is often perceived as mischievous, but she’s actually quite girly, with hobbies like journaling, admiring handsome men, and reading romance novels.

The collection features Kuromi in a purple spacesuit, exploring the cosmos. The designs incorporate vibrant colors, geometric patterns, and holograms across a range of tech accessories. A standout piece is the Kuromi Rocket Collectible Phone Case, depicting Kuromi on a spaceship, offering both style and impact protection.

The Kuromi Collectible Earbuds Case, showcasing Kuromi as a purple astronaut, is another highlight. Other items include the practical and fashionable Kuromi Utility Phone Shoulder, a sparkling Kuromi Phone Strap, and a striking Kuromi Pillow Phone Case in her signature purple. The SANRIO x CASETiFY “Kuromi” collection launched via CASETiFY’s website on 18 December 2024. Smartphone cases begin at a retail price of 6,050 JPY (~US$39), and tech accessories start at 5,280 JPY (~US$34).
