Known for challenging conventions, OBEY and Reebok have long pushed boundaries in their respective domains. A meeting of these maverick forces brings the titular collection to life, comprising a range of footwear and apparel, reimagining classic and modern silhouettes with a fresh perspective.

OBEY, the brainchild of artist and activist Shepard Fairey, was conceived in 2001; evolving from the iconic “Obey Giant” campaign, the brand blends bold graphic design with social commentary, drawing inspiration from Fairey’s dedication to art and activism.

“Artistically, Reebok’s classic silhouettes provide an ideal canvas for OBEY’s design perspective and graphic language,” states Steve Ternosky, CEO of OBEY. “The end result is a true collaborative effort. Bringing the strengths and perspectives of both brands to build something new. We looked to take a thoughtful approach in updating timeless styles in a way that feels relevant and honors the legacy and deep cultural impact of our brands.

About the OBEY x Reebok Collection

OBEY x Reebok BB4500 (US$110): A premium leather execution of a classic Reebok model dressed in a rich burgundy. This updated version features suede accents, speed hook eyelets, a premium leather lining, and custom OBEY x Reebok details like a branded sock liner and hangtag.

OBEY x Reebok Club C 85 (US$100): A dark green, premium leather take on Reebok’s iconic tennis shoe, featuring metal lace eyelets, black laces, and OBEY’s signature window box logo.

OBEY x Reebok Premier Road Plus VI (US$120): A fresh interpretation of Reebok’s beloved retro runner. Built on a mesh textile base with suede overlays, the silhouette incorporates a rubber toe cap, speed lacing, and the ultimate in comfort and cushioning courtesy of DMXRide® technology.

Complementing the footwear collection is a robust capsule of apparel featuring pieces like the OBEY x Reebok Vector Jacket (US$95), OBEY x Reebok Nylon Pant (US$90), OBEY x Reebok Graphic Tee (US$50), OBEY x Reebok Zip Hoodie (US$120), OBEY x Reebok Soccer Jersey (US$70), and OBEY x Reebok Carpenter Short (US$80).

Release Details

The OBEY x Reebok collection launches globally on 4 December, 10AM (EST), available through Reebok.com and select retailers.
