Patou x Onitsuka Tiger Collection [Release Date/Price/Where To Buy]
A fusion of Parisian sartorial sensibilities and Japanese craftsmanship.
A collaboration between the Parisian fashion house, Patou, and Onitsuka Tiger is set to debut on 20 November. The collection comprises three footwear models and a range of apparel to celebrate Onitsuka Tiger’s 75th anniversary.
About the Patou x Onitsuka Tiger Collection
The collaboration’s centerpiece is the Mexico 66, the Japanese legacy brand’s staple silhouette, reimagined with Patou’s signature grosgrain ribbon adorning the hallmark tiger stripe. Next is the Mexico 66 Ballerina, a ballet-inspired iteration featuring a double strap closure and a feminine construct. Lastly, the Mexico Lincoln, a high-top silhouette, is offered as a bolder, more stylish option.
The collaboration extends to apparel as well, including sweatshirts, T-shirts, caps, and socks. Grosgrain ribbons, ruffled sleeves, and tiger motifs are incorporated into the designs, creating a unique and visually striking collection—as one can expect from a fusion of Parisian sartorial sensibilities and Japanese craftsmanship.
