ASICS has joined forces with LOTTE to introduce a unique GEL-1130 model that draws inspiration from the latter’s renowned Ghana Chocolate brand.

About the LOTTE x ASICS GEL-1130

The collaborative sneaker feature a light brown color reminiscent of milk chocolate, with red and gold accents reminiscent of LOTTE’s signature chocolate. The upper features clear print processing on the side and tongue logos to evoke a glossy texture, while the insole design showcases a Ghana Chocolate graphic.

Additionally, the sneakers utilize cocoa husk, a byproduct of the chocolate-making process, in the dye, material, and rubber sole. The upper fabric and synthetic leather parts are dyed with cocoa husk-infused dye, and the rubber sole contains added cocoa husk.

Release Details

Available in both adults and a kids’ “PS” version, the LOTTE x ASICS GEL-1130 is slated to launch on 10 October 2024 via the ASICS website and select ASICS stores in Japan. The adult pair retails at 15,400 JPY (~US$104) while the PS pair retails at 11,000 JPY (~US$75).
