Apron Records, founded in 2014 by Steven Julien (FunkinEven), has championed Black music across a diverse spectrum, from jazz and hip-hop to electronic and fusion.

This collaboration between Apron Records and Nike on the Air Max 180 succeeds the news of the NOCTA x Nike Air Max Plus, adding another exciting dimension to the ever-diverse crossovers of music and footwear.

While the NOCTA partnership has a well-established design language, this first-time team up leaves plenty to the imagination, reason enough for excitement. Given the label’s sonic pedigree, we can expect a palette as eclectic as the genre of music it houses.
