MoMA Nike Everyday Socks [Release Date/Price/Where To Buy]
Available in five colorways, this is the first release in a broader collection between Nike and the Museum of Modern Art.
Nike and the MoMA Design Store have once again joined forces to create a series of limited-edition products, beginning with the MoMA Nike Everyday Socks. This collaboration underscores the shared belief that inspiration can be found in even the most everyday objects.
The parties’ partnership dates back to 2017 when the Nike Air Force 1 was featured in MoMA’s exhibition, “Items: Is Fashion Modern?” This collaboration solidified the bond between Nike and MoMA, leading to the well-publicized Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 MoMA and the co-branded MoMA Nike Elite basketball sock.

The latest collaboration builds upon their shared ethos, emphasizing the harmonious blend of fashion, function, material, technology, aesthetics, and culture. Nike’s enduring design philosophy, epitomized by co-founder Bill Bowerman’s belief that “If you have a body, you’re an athlete,” has been a driving force behind the brand’s success.
MoMA Design Store, renowned for curating objects that embody thoughtful design principles, aligns seamlessly with Nike’s mission. Each product featured in the store undergoes rigorous evaluation by the Museum’s curators, ensuring that it enhances the lives of its users.
About the MoMA Nike Everyday Socks
The MoMA Nike Everyday Socks, the inaugural release in this series, showcases the hallmark Swoosh and MoMA branding on the calf, while the former’s “Just Do It” slogan is stitched at the toe. Designed with athletes in mind, the sock incorporates shock-absorbing soles and a moisture-wicking upper, providing both comfort and performance.
