Homegrown retailer Limited Edt and adidas Originals have joined hands once again to bring us some uniquely-Singaporean designs.

For their third and final collaborative sneaker (Limited Edt and adidas have previously co-released ZX Flux and Superstar sneakers), the duo picked the adidas Forum 84 Low and gave it a local twist by implementing the Limited Edt-designed batik flower pattern. Dropping in the month of August, which coincides with Singapore’s National Day celebrations, this upcoming pair is aptly named Limited Edt x adidas Originals Forum 84 Low “Singapore Forum”.

The “Singapore Forum” features a grey suede upper, fitted with white overlays and additional leather detailing in navy. Limited Edt’s batik flower motif is peppered throughout the entire shoe, from the liner, ankle strap to the translucent outsole below.

Another interesting detail comes in the form of the sneaker’s UV-reactive overlays—when exposed to sun the white overlays changes to a baby blue hue, revealing a similar batik floral pattern. Limited Edt and adidas co-branding appears embossed at the tongue and in gold foil on the lateral sides.

Limited to 300 pairs globally, each pair of Limited Edt x adidas Originals Forum 84 Low Singapore Forum comes with a unique number and a set of Singapore Forum trading cards.

But this is not all—together with the drop, Limited Edt is also launching a collection of 60 NFTs titled “Vanda NFT”. Each NFT is paired with a Singapore Forum special box set that includes a basketball and a jersey, both featuring the retailer’s signature batik print, and the trading cards.

The Limited Edt x adidas Originals Forum 84 Low Singapore Forum will be available for S$209 on 27 August at Limited Edt stores and its webstore. The Vanda NFTs will launch earlier on 20 August.
