Nike ReactX Rejuven8 [Release Date/Price/Where To Buy]
LeBron James unveiled the new silhouette during a casual outing in Paris with his daughter, Zhuri.
[Update 1 6Dec 2024] Official images of the Nike ReactX Rejuven8 have been unveiled, months since it was first seen on LeBron James. Check them out in the gallery above!
LeBron James, defying the conventions of age, continues to dominate on the hardwood, leading the USA Basketball Men’s National Team to Olympic glory while simultaneously foreshadowing the future of footwear. The NBA legend has been spotted sporting a series of innovative Nike silhouettes during the games, including the LeBron TR 1 and the forthcoming LeBron 22.
Nevertheless, it was his recent Parisian outing with daughter Zhuri that captured the attention of the internet. The family was photographed wearing a hitherto unseen Nike model, the ReactX Rejuven8, a design that echoes the minimalist aesthetic of contemporary footwear trends.
Inspired by the slip-on silhouettes that have captured the market, the ReactX Rejuven8 features a perforated foam upper, offering a breathable and lightweight experience. Unlike its predecessors, the ReactX Rejuven8 incorporates a supportive heel counter, enhancing stability and fit.
The design is further elevated by a wavy pattern and a subtle Swoosh placement. The underfoot construction combines the responsive cushioning of Nike ReactX foam with a grippy rubber outsole.
LeBron James was pictured wearing the “Glacier Blue” colorway, a preview of the broader color palette that will accompany the shoe’s launch. Nike has announced a seasonal release strategy, with the initial drop scheduled for Spring 2025, followed by additional colorways throughout the summer and beyond.
Inspired by the diurnal cycle, the Spring 2025 colorways will evoke the essence of sunrise, noon, dusk, and nightfall.
The Nike ReactX Rejuven8 will be available in unisex and GS sizing, with a retail price of US$70 for adults and US$60 for grade school. The shoe is expected to launch at Nike and select retailers both online and in-store sometime in Spring 2025.
