Teddy Santis, the Aimé Leon Dore head honcho, has solidified his position as a key architect of New Balance’s resurgence. Since assuming the helm of the MADE in USA (MiUSA) division in 2022, he has consistently delivered seasonal offerings that impeccably blend classic aesthetics with contemporary sensibilities. As Season Five draws to a close, anticipation mounts for the forthcoming Season Six, with initial imagery already circulating.

The Bostonian shoemaker has recently unveiled a comprehensive preview of the Season Six collection, spotlighting an array of silhouettes and colorways. The 990v6 in “Reflection” and “Castlerock/Moonrock”, alongside the 993 in “Shadow Grey”, are poised to inaugurate the release calendar.

Additional models, including multiple interpolations of the 993, a reintroduced 990v4, and new colorways for the 997 and 998, promise to expand the collection’s pallette. Notably, the 990v4 is anticipated as a limited-edition release.

The Teddy Santis-led New Balance MADE in USA Season Six collection will debut on 15 August 2024, with subsequent releases scheduled throughout the coming months. The collection will be available at New Balance and select retailers both online and in-store, with pricing varying by silhouette.
