Tyshawn Jones, a prominent figure in the skateboarding world, is back with his second signature shoe in collaboration with adidas, aptly named the adidas Tyshawn 2. This new model follows the successful launch of his first signature shoe in 2019 and its low-top variant in 2023, continuing Jones’ influential presence in the sneaker realm.

The Tyshawn 2 retains the classic essence of its predecessor while incorporating new elements tailored for skateboarding. The sneaker features a premium leather upper with dual-layered panels and perforations on the toebox, enhancing both durability and breathability. The design is completed with adidas’ iconic Three Stripes and reflective accents, along with Jones’ personal branding.

The shoe also boasts a LIGHTSTRIKE midsole, providing superior comfort and impact protection, essential for intense skate sessions. A grippy rubber outsole ensures optimal traction, making it perfect for both skating and casual wear. The launch campaign includes a powerful video narrated by Tyshawn’s mother, Termisha Henry, highlighting Jones’ journey and achievements.

The adidas Tyshawn 2 is set to release on 1 June 2024, in a “White/Black” colorway, followed by an “All-Black” version on 1 July 2024. Priced at US$100, the sneakers will be available through adidas.com/Tyshawn, the adidas CONFIRMED app, in-store, and at select retailers.
