Rumors are swirling that Italian fashion stalwart Riccardo Tisci, the creative director of Givenchy during their renaissance between 2005–2017, is reuniting with Nike.

Tisci and Nike enjoyed a successful partnership throughout the 2010s. Together, they delivered coveted collections featuring iconic silhouettes like the Air Force 1, Dunk, and Air Max 97. However, their collaboration seemingly came to a close in 2018.

This potential reunion has gained traction after Tisci’s recent appearance at Nike’s “Nike On Air” launch event in Paris last month. His presence alongside Nike CEO John Donahoe and Travis Scott sparked speculation of a return to collaboration.

Release Details

Word through the grapevine is that the new project will focus on the Shox TL, a retrofuturistic model from the Swoosh’s archives. Details remain scarce except for a purported Spring 2025 release. Stay tuned!
