In 2018, Jordan Brand presented the “Homage To Home” colorway of the Air Jordan 1 High, combining half of a “Chicago” with the other half of a “Bred”.  The brand has then birthed an entirely new design to style the Air Jordan 1, the new design was again revisited thanks to the upcoming Air Jordan 1 Mid “Split” 2colors release.

Coming in 2colors ‘Black/White’ and ‘Cream/Maroon’, both colors will be arriving exactly in line with the “Homage To Home” colorway, where they will be dressed in complete inversion on the lateral and medial sides. Cream/Maroon has a creamy tumbled leather upper with overlays of maroon. The tongues and tongue tags follow the split-blocked arrangement of cream and maroon too. However, not all parts share the split blocking theme, which include the cream laces and liners, and white midsoles and maroon outsoles.

Arriving exactly in line with the aforementioned Cream/Maroon, the Black/White takes the “Panda” colorway into consideration, the pair features a full tumbled leather body with split designs that extend to the entirety of the shoe including the toebox, tip, heel, eyestays, quarters and more. Even its tongue and branding are split down the middle. The look is completed with a white midsole and black rubber outsole which are shared on both sides.
