Less than a year after playing a key role in the Denver Nuggets’ first-ever NBA championship, Jamal Murray will be dropping his latest sneaker: the New Balance TWO WXY V4. Like many sneakers coming out soon, it’ll be released in time for NBA All-Star Weekend.

These lightweight sneakers are bathed in a red neon flame upper—a color scheme that might allude to Murray’s deserved reputation as a “microwave” scorer. The signature “N” logos and tongue branding, meanwhile, complement the main color scheme with rainbow aesthetics. The outsole is also rainbow-colored; both uses of rainbow colors possibly reference the Nuggets’ iconic “skyline” logo of the ’80s.

For unmatched responsiveness and cushioning, the shoe makes use of Fresh Foam and FuelCell elements. These materials work in tandem to ensure that every step is comfortable, smooth, and dynamic.

The New Balance TWO WXY V4 “Gamer” drops on 15 February 2024 at NewBalance.com and select retailers. These sneakers retail for US$120 per pair.
