Cleveland Cavaliers guard Donovan Mitchell has become one of adidas’ flagship athletes—a fact made evident by the release of his latest shoe. With Mitchell and the Cavs firmly in contention for a playoff berth, the four-time All-Star is putting out the adidas D.O.N. Issue #5 “Lucid Lemon” colorway.

This colorway’s concept was first seen in a 2023 preview in which it was shown in neon colors. However, those ideas seem to have been scrapped in favor of a yellow-green gradient that stretches from the heel to the toe and also makes appearances on the sole.

The shoe contains black accents to provide contrast. The black accents also serve to highlight the vibrancy of the yellow-green that takes up most of the sneaker.

Although no official release date has yet been confirmed, the adidas D.O.N. Issue #5 “Lucid Lemon” colorway is likely to be released in conjunction with the upcoming NBA All-Star Weekend. These sneakers will cost US$120.
