The New Balance 998 “Brown/Green” Drops on 28 December
Part of Teddy Santis' Made in USA line.
As the year draws to a close, New Balance is set to fire up the production lines one last time specifically on the 998. This time, they’re painting the celebrated silhouette in a “Brown/Green” colorway, set for release on 28 December.
Possibly taking inspiration from the Boston-based brand’s long-running usage of “Beef & Broccoli” color schemes, this New Balance 998 Made in USA “Brown/Green” serves up a suede and mesh build on the 998’s upper. Dark brown tones surround most of the sneaker’s overlays, while pigments of green and orange nestle some contrast into the otherwise tonal affair. The design is rounded off with an in-vogue cream based midsole, while black arrives underneath on the outsole.
