[Update 21 Dec 2023] Official images of the Jordan Spizike Low “Year of the Dragon” have surfaced, together with a new release date of 24 January 2024. The Spizike is one of Jordan Brand’s Frankenstein experiment. An amalgam of features from the Nike Air Jordan 3 to 6, 11, and 20. The gestalt is an acquired taste but arguably the best out of the Jumpman’s other hybrid offerings like the Jordan Legacy 312.

White forms the base layer lending contrast to the olive scaled overlays on the mudguards and heel tabs. Blue hues accent the Air Jordan 5-inspired TPU windows on the quarter, while the AJ4’s wings and AJ6’s tongue construction are addressed in dark burgundy and Team Red. The color scheme permeates the outsole underfoot, rounding out the aesthetic.

The Jordan Spizike Low “Year of the Dragon” is projected for release in January 2024, in line with the rest of the Jumpman’s Chinese New Year collection.
