This year’s US Open has concluded with Novak Djokovic standing at the helm for his 24th Grand Slam title. The tournament was attended by the who’s who of the world of sports and entertainment alike. And they presumably even enjoyed a glass or two of the Grey Goose Honey Deuce, the US Open’s signature cocktail. The inspiration behind this colorway of the Nike Air Zoom Vapor 9.5 Tour, unveiled just before the finals.
The palette is a visually accurate yet aesthetically bold homage to the aforementioned drink, tonally reflecting its combination of vodka, fresh lemonade, and raspberry liqueur. As a finishing touch, even the garnish is included in the presentation by resembling a tennis ball printed on the insole behind the NikeCourt emblem.
The pair is available now on Nike’s brick-and-click stores for US$170.
