The maximalist “dad shoe” aesthetic has become a mainstay. Thus, Nike has been delivering inspired silhouettes when they’re not reviving some in their archive. Such is the P-6000, first debuting in 2019. The pair’s derivative of the retrofuturistic designs of decades past, borrowing from the Pegasus 25 and Pegasus 2006.

Mesh, nubuck, suede, and other textiles work in tandem for the construction of the titular pair. Dark grey suede highlights the toe and heel. The upper, engulfed in tonal grey hues presiding over its mesh, leather and nubuck construct.

The lateral is highlighted by a clean, white Swoosh; while the base is made up of a sail and grey foam midsole, along with a two-toned outsole in black and cream.

There’s no firm release date yet but the pair is expected to arrive in the holiday season with an RRP of US$120. Stay tuned for more details!

Elsewhere, check out the Nike Zoom Vomero 5 “Plum Eclipse”, the first to feature a full 3M reflective upper.
