size? has started previewing upcoming sneaker releases that’s exclusive to the UK-based retailer, and a pair of Salomons has piqued the interest of many sneaker enthusiasts. The sneaker in question is named Salomon XT-6 Expanse “Annecy Hotel”.

With the explosion in popularity of Salomon and other hiking shoe brands (as noted in our 2023 sneaker trend report), we have been seeing more playful and imaginative colorways emerge. On the Salomon XT-6 Expanse “Annecy Hotel”, the inspiration is the scenic mountain-and-lake region of the same name in France

Here, shades of greys, pinks and browns come together to reimagine the Annecy old town. Atop a pinkish grey mesh upper, TPU overlays in brown and olive wrap over; the heel area is dressed with a darker brown nylon material. Down below, you’ll find Salomon’s trademark Agile Chassis System and Contragrip outsole, which many would be familiar with by now, appearing in a mix of greys, red and tan brown.

That’s not all—Salomon has also created an illustration of an Annecy hotel by the lake for the insoles. Adding the cherry on the cake is the Salomon branding emblazoned across the midfoot band in a candy pink color.

As of the time of writing, size? hasn’t revealed further release details for this pair of Salomon XT-6 Expanse “Annecy Hotel”. Be sure to check back here for more updates.
