This has not been the first time since an Air Jordan 1 Low has been reimagined to be a golfing shoe. Born out of Michael Jordan’s subsequent passion for golf, the Air Jordan 1 Low OG Golf is dropping in a new colourway, this time in a ‘starfish’ or ‘shattered backboard’ iteration.
Since the sneaker is a Golf iteration, the underfoot features a raised traction pattern that makes it suitable for the course. There hasn’t been a release date announced for the sneaker, but it seems that a Nike.com launch for the shoe is imminent and likely to take place in the coming months.
