Following rounds of apparel releases with Champion, Japanese fashion label N.HOOLYWOOD now returns with Converse for a new footwear collaboration via their military-inspired line “N.HOOLYWOOD TEST PRODUCT EXCHANGE SERVICE”.

Taking on Converse’s classic basketball silhouette, the duo introduces the collaborative “MXWAVE EW / NH” model. Dressed in various tones of grey throughout, the pair features a mesh, nubuck and suede build, accentuated by reflective details. A spec label then appears on the left shoe tongue, followed by a “CONS” logo on the right.

Last but not least, the pair is equipped with Converse’s ENERGY WAVE midsole technology, which boasts a double layered E.V.A. and polyurethane construction for superior cushioning and support.

Slated to release via N.HOOLYWOOD and White atelier By Converse on 17 June, a wider release of the N.HOOLYWOOD TEST PRODUCT EXCHANGE SERVICE x Converse “MXWAVE EW/NH” will follow on 19 June via Converse. Retail price tag is set at 38,500 JPY (~US$276) per pair.
